Why?
This project was created for the User Experience Design module at the University of York.
Barley Hall is a museuem attraction in York where volunteers can be room guides and share knowledge about the history and archaeology of the site. The management team, through the University of York, requested a media-based learning resource for volunteers to provide them with the capability to effectively conduct their position as room guides and improve the experience for visitors.
As a result, the creation of a prototype for a mobile-based application was created after completing user research into effective learning methods.
This project was created for the User Experience Design module at the University of York.
